In a small town called Hinigaran, 52 km south of the City of Bacolod in the Island of Negros, people love to eat oyster or we call it in the local Hiligaynon language as talaba.
But many Negrenses didn't know that oysters in the Philippines were first introduced by the Americans in Hinigaran.
