The Vallacar Transit Inc. bus or locally known as "Ceres" coming from Cebu towards Bacolod collided to the mini-bus or what the locals calls as "Double Tire" heading to Kabankalan from Bacolod.
Among the fatalities were the mini-bus conductor, pregnant women of 3 months old, two passengers.
Investigations are still on-going and the two drivers are currently being detained at the Hinigaran Police Station
