This is a photo of students from Technological University of the Philippine Visayas (TUPV) which is one of the Top Performing Engineering schools not just in the Island of Negros but also in the whole Philippines.
The photo became viral after being uploaded by Ax'l Ayalin, also a student of the same university.

On the photo are 2nd year students of Mechanical Engineering taking exam under Kitchao D Hochao's class.
TUPV is one of the top performing schools in Mechanical Engineering Board exams.
Last October 2014, it has a passing percentage of 94.59%
